01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the se999 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Creating an account with false or misleading information is prohibited. If proven, se999 may close the account at any time and forfeit all balances associated with it.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses collected will be cancelled.

04 Account Security

Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. se999 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• If you log in on a public computer, always end your session when finished.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

5.4 Verification of Funds

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 15 times — applied only to the bonus amount (not the sum of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus is applicable to one account only.
• se999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus programmes at any time.
• Any attempt to fraudulently collect bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus conditions will result in cancellation of the bonus portion.
• Special promotions may have separate conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Conditions

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. In any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event on se999, se999's decision shall be considered final.

7.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error, software issue, or disconnection, se999 reserves the right to void that game or bet, or to offer a replay.

7.3 Suspicious Activity

If unusual betting patterns, bot usage, or any form of manipulation is suspected on an account, se999 may suspend all bets and winnings on that account and conduct an investigation.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are managed by se999. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the specific rules applicable to the relevant market will apply.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on se999 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating an account with a false identity or false age.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or other automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting game errors or bugs for an advantage.
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour towards support staff.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
